You’ve tried every diet under the sun: keto, intermittent fasting, 21 Day Fix, even those detox teas that promise “quick results.” And yet, here you are again, eating 1,200 calories and still not losing weight.

The hardest part of a reverse diet isn’t hitting your macros, or watching the scale fluctuate.

It’s deciding to start.

So many women know deep down that they need to reverse diet… but they keep putting it off.

They buy another “fat-burning” program.

They restart their 1,200-calorie plan.

They try every other solution except the one that will actually fix the problem.

Why? Because starting a reverse diet feels scary.

You’re afraid it won’t work.

You’re afraid you’ll gain weight (spoiler: you won’t, when done properly).

You’re afraid of the unknown.

But that fear? It’s keeping you stuck in the exact same spot you’ve been for months — or even years.

If you’re eating 1,200–1,400 calories and not losing fat, another deficit is not the answer.

Reverse dieting is not giving up. It’s giving your body permission to function again.

When your metabolism is working properly, your body finally has the ability to lose fat and maintain it without constant restriction.

  • Keep repeating the same quick fixes that never last,
  • Or take the brave route that actually changes everything long term.

Because in 6 months, you’ll either be exactly where you are now… or finally living in the body and mindset you’ve been chasing for years.

You are not weak for needing to reverse diet.

You are strong for choosing to do the thing that most people avoid.
