You deserve to feel good

I hate seeing my beautiful peaches suffer because of the mean diet industry.

Constant food anxiety… Aka stressing about what you’re going to eat, where, and when. Every. Single. Day. Followed by guilt when you cheat your plan a little, or worse–go off the deep end with a binge. You know the guilt.

Weight loss followed by immediate gain as soon as you stop eating in a mass deficit. Or no weight loss at all even though you're going all in on cardio and skipping carbs. You’re exhausted.

Feelings of overwhelm. Totally lost and wondering if you’ll ever feel good again… You start to think that you and your lack of self discipline is the problem. Why does it look so easy for some people?

But what really gets me is seeing amazing women miss out on life.

Maybe it’s low energy. Or low libido combined with deep body insecurities that hold you back from sexy time with your partner. Or feeling like a bad role model for your kids–food stress overtaking fun memories with them, like trips for sweet treats in the sunshine because you’re worried you won’t be able to control yourself.

Life is hard AF enough as it is–don’t let the pressure to buy into skinny teas and yoyo diets make it worse.

Good news: In my world, you can have your cake and eat it too.

Fun fact: I was supposed to be a dentist before I found reverse dieting. I also was stuck in the cycle that you’re probably experiencing right now: Restrict. Binge. Guilt. Repeat.

Education opened my eyes to the real reason why I never saw results–my metabolism was destroyed by the restriction. All of the rules just added to the stress, and it got to a point where I wasn’t able to live in the moment. Fear. Stress. The whole dang thing. So when I found something that actually worked, I was obsessed.

Now you don’t have to go to school and get a Masters for this stuff/metabolic health like I did (nerd alert). You can learn the basics that are relevant to you if you stick around for a while.
