What Helps When You’re Feeling Low

  • Call out the mean self-talk. Would you say that to your BFF?
  • Remind yourself of the facts: you’re fueling your body. You’re not going back to 1,200 calories.
  • Take action that aligns with your goals: walk, journal, eat a macro-friendly meal, or check in with your coach.
  • Look at past progress: photos, messages, wins you’ve had before. Evidence that you are changing.
