The most effective, sustainable, and fun path to ending the start over cycles caused by weekends, social outings, and holidays.
Let me guess—your health is a top priority, and you’re constantly looking for ways to improve it. Matter of fact, you’ve tried it all—researching “healthy recipes,” meal prepping, following Instagram fitness accounts and diet plans, tracking your steps, cutting calories…
And yet, you still find yourself starting over again...and again pushing you farther from where you’re trying to go: a stronger body (hello sustainable fat loss), a healthier mind (goodbye food guilt), more confidence (feeling sexay in *or out* of your clothes). You end up feeling like a failure and vow to “start over again on Monday" when you have less social events …then next thing you know 9 months have passed, and still, nothing’s changed.
But here’s the thing—life is already chock full of responsibilities, decision-making, and planning. You don’t need yet another *thing* to add to the mental load. You’re willing to put in the work, but you’d love it if someone else just told you exactly what to do—both in the kitchen and in the gym.
This is THAT plan. Fully customized to fit your lifestyle and goals. All you’ve got to do is show up and do the work.
All you need is the right plan

And One That Falls Asleep At Night Ugly Crying After Realizing She Has to Start Over AGAIN On Monday, {Mentally} Judges Others Who Eat The Holiday Food (Because She Can’t Eat It Without The All-Or-Nothing Mentality Kicking In), and Lives In The Exhausting Mental Battle With Food?
Giving up social outings with friends and family (in hopes of less starting over) —all in an attempt to lose weight...
You’d be wrong.
Having enough willpower to say no to eating the food you don’t know how to track into your macros…
You'd be wrong.
And saying: “screw it – results aren’t meant for me. I might as well give up forever”...
You’d be wrong.
Because while the nutrition industry is often flooded with quick fixes that make you feel more like a rabbit that can only munch on lettuce if she wants to stay on track…
Rather than a woman who simply knows how to eat for her body and goals in social settings without getting off track so she can order the juicy bacon and brie burger, with that lettuce as an addition to the burger – not the main meal…
One month in tracking macros and I'm down 8.2 lbs! And see major changes. Also did not feel deprived at all!
I had to order a bridesmaid dress back in December. Drum roll please...it came in this week and the waist actually needed to be taken in bc it's now TOO BIG!!!
Constant food anxiety… Aka stressing about what I was going to eat, where, and when in fears of having to start over. Every. Single. Week (or Holiday, or social event). Followed by guilt when that fear became a reality and would "cheat" on my plan a little, or worse–go off the deep end with a binge.
Restricting my intake leading up to a holiday or vacation, already anticipating packing on the "Holiday 10" from the cookies, pastries, and holiday flavored lattes. This only sent me smack dab into a 3 month holiday binge because it was nearly impossible to sustain the restriction if I wanted to actually enjoy life. Great... I had to start over. Again.
Feelings of overwhelm. I was totally lost and wondering if I would ever feel good again… I even started to think that me and me lack of self discipline was the problem. Why does it look so easy for some people?
Hit my reverse diet goals (going from 1,200 calories to 2,000+ calories and achieve the body of my dreams...all while enjoying my social life, making memories on vacation, and soaking up holiday season (aka the months of October to December)!
As a Woman Who Has Put ENDLESS Months Of Hard Work Into Her Goals, Shouldn’t You Be Able to Eat Out In Social Settings With Ease, While Staying Right On Track?
Let’s be real: You don’t need (or even want) a nutrition or diet plan that makes you change your WHOLE life just to see results. You just want to be able to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner, office break room treats, and chocolate chip cookies with your kiddos - See exponential results with mental ease during the life events without sacrificing the best years of your life to do it.
You want to be as involved in making memories around food as you choose to be.
And at this point in your weight loss and metabolism health journey, you feel like you’ve earned the right to say YES to happy hour with the girls, that slice of frosted champagne cake at your friends wedding, and put your phone on airplane mode so you can enjoy a glass of wine and a long shower without the intrusive, “Oh SNAP, I am going to have to work this off in the morning!?” thoughts.
Enjoying the apple pie cupcake from the office break room and getting results can co-exist. Because knowing how to track food with no nutrition label allows you to have your cupCAKE and eat it too.
Losing weight during the holidays isn’t a mythical, intangible thing. Take a look at Kathryn who enjoyed Thanksgiving week with ease and saw the scale below her normal weight range.
“I can’t make cookies with my kids, I’m not sure if I’ll have the willpower to not eat any” shouldn’t be the most frequent thing you utter when your munchkins beg you to make baked goods.
The reason why this has been happening is because you feel that “bad food” = getting off track with your goals. The problem isn’t your willpower. Instead, you have to learn how to make impromptu cookies with your kids and easily track them in your macros.
Hitting your body goals while eating the carby Jimmy John's sandwiches can and SHOULD be a part of your journey, one that celebrates food freedom, long term results, and self-accomplishment EVERY SINGLE DAY, without you forcing yourself to suffer through a low quality life with no results. Meet Geraldine, Stephanie, Joanna, and Becca who created these incredible results by simply committing to show up for themselves and make it happen.
“I want to eat the food that I love in social settings and during life events, but I can’t UNTIL I hit my weight loss goals”
Here are 3 Absolute LIES you MUST let go of right now if you want to work ON your long term results, ability to stop the endless start over cycle after weekends and social settings, and experience more wins in the next 6 weeks than you did all of last year...
Wrong, Beautiful Peach.
You can’t afford to live in the quick fix world telling you not to eat any food it deems “bad food” in order to see results any longer.
Despite your best intentions and efforts, the problem simply is not YOU.
The problem also isn’t the actual food choices (the chocolate chip muffin at your fave bakery or the tapas dinner out with the girls), the problem is knowing HOW to eat those tasty treats and stay right on track with your goals.
“Taking the time to learn to track macros during life events is going to be hard, time-consuming, and restrictive… I’ve already invested so much into trying to get results.”
You care about your body, taking care of your health so you can live a long life, and being a role model for your kids- That’s a GOOD thing. That’s the most necessary foundation for growth, and you’ve already got it!
Reaching your goals does NOT have to come at the expense of the food you love, in fact- when done right, it creates MORE food freedom, more time freedom, and saves you money from endless quick fixes long term.
Enjoying the weekends and holiday cookie swaps doesn't need to be a mental battle of guilt and shame - A mental battle that keeps you up at night and makes you shield your eyes from the charcuterie boards.
With the right accountability and approach + your commitment to your fitness and nutrition journey, the start over cycles can end, your results can increase 10x, and you can finally be on track to continue reaching your goals in a sustainable way.
“I have tried every diet and program under the sun (Keto, Optavia, Noom, just eating healthy, even Ozempic), even tracking macros. I simply don’t have the willpower or trust in myself that I won’t fail again.”
First off: Seeing results to your body without first investing in the a sustainable foundation to navigate life events and social settings is why you’re in a constant start over cycle – wasting precious time and energy trying to find the next restrictive diet or program versus finding sustainable solutions that works WITH your social calendar and lifestyle, rather than against it.
It’s time to relieve yourself from WORRYING about whether you are cutting out the right food group, or worse, realizing that your dieting is actually causing your slow metabolism and weight regain.
Take a deep, calming breathe and know that this is NOT how your fat loss, metabolism healing, or muscle growth journey should be happening, it’s NOT your fault that you’re in this *very* common plateau and cycle, and we’re going to get you out of it + thriving through it.
The sustainable course geared specifically around supporting you in learning how to successfully navigate social settings and life events without getting totally off track, or falling into the all-or-nothing mentality.
It’s built not only for helping you successfully end that start over cycle…
But for setting you up to be on track with your goals in just 6 weeks – whether that is fat loss, healing your metabolism through a reverse diet, or building muscle.
Through core modules and video trainings, habit and macro tracker spreadsheets, a community to hold you accountable and keep you motivated (and more) you’ll rock the Master Your Macros Course to be able to finally wake up on Monday morning after the weekend, or holiday week, knowing you are finally going in the right direction with your goals!
What a GOOOD feeling, Beautiful Peach!
If you’re not familiar with the term “macros” that’s okay!
It’s simply the shortened version of macronutrients (fats, carbohydrates, and protein). All of the food we eat is made up of these 3 macronutrients, and by intentionally eating specific amounts of each we can both heal our metabolisms and lose weight or build muscle (whatever you’re into!).
This Reset program doesn’t focus on restrictive calorie intakes or restricting food intake in any way. Instead, we focus on setting and maintaining macros—then adjusting as we go to meet specific goals. No starving. No cookie cutter numbers. No avoiding carbs or fats. Simply hacking science so we can achieve the results we want. Cool, right?!
I’m going to keep this short and real—because there’s enough b.s. in this industry already and I’m not here to play games. I created The Metabolism & Macro Reset (and my other programs) because women deserve more from the fitness and dieting industries. It’s that simple.
Unfortunately, we’ve been fed lie after lie about food, exercise, weight loss, confidence, and everything in between. I struggled with restriction, food guilt, shame, and lack of confidence for years—and nothing I did got me closer to my goals.
So I dug into the concept of tracking macros for sustainable fat loss and reverse dieting (after learning about it from a coach), then applied it to my life. I was AMAZED by the results—not just for my body but for my mental health, relationships, and life in general. I loved it so much that I got a Master’s degree in exercise science and sports nutrition and even did my thesis on reverse dieting for long term fat loss and food freedom. Why? Because I believe in it wholeheartedly and I’ve seen first-hand (and for hundreds of clients) just how life-changing reverse dieting and macro-tracking can be.
This "Reset" program is built on years of personal experience, higher-level education, and coaching—it’s everything I’ve learned thus far packaged into a simplified, easy-to-follow program that makes achieving your goals (whatever they are) a reality for you. And I’m so dang glad you’re here. Now let’s leave icky diet culture behind for good, k?
